Fidelity Poaches From Schroders And Ares For Infrastructure Team Buildout

Pelletier will be responsible for the development of Fidelity's infrastructure strategy and promoting products across infrastructure debt and equity.

Prior to this role, she was global head of infrastructure at Schroders and CEO of Schroders Capital Management in France.

She also spent over 20 years in senior global roles at Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec.

Fundhouse hires fund research veteran Peter Brunt

Haight will be responsible for advancing Fidelity's infrastructure finance sector, including developing and launching infrastructure credit strategies and products.

She was previously an infrastructure debt partner at Ares Management and prior to that, she spent ten years at AMP Capital.

Haight is also a member of the Investment Advisory board for United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction.

Andrew McCaffery, global CIO at Fidelity International, said these new senior hires were a "testament" to the firm's commitment in building a broad private assets business, ensuring it has "the right level of support and technical expertise" to help drive its "ambitious" expansion plans over the decade.
