Chubb Makes Key Appointment For London Market Business

Chubb will welcome Chris Collins later this year when he joins the insurer’s London Market wholesale and specialty business as head of airline for Chubb Global Markets (CGM).
Bringing more than two and a half decades of aviation insurance experience, Collins is taking on the London-based position in July. He will report to CGM aviation product head Simon Abbott.
“Chris Collins is an outstanding insurance practitioner who is well-known and highly respected across the aviation sector, and I am delighted that he will be joining our team,” commented the head of aviation.
“His appointment as head of airline is the perfect way for us to start 2023 as we look to target new opportunities and develop further our aviation and airline business.”
Collins is making the switch from AIG where he served as international head of airline and deductible.
