British Airways offers flights from London City and Heathrow to Prague, while Easyjet operates from Gatwick and Luton, and Ryanair flies to the Czech capital from Stansted.

The new Heathrow route is part of the carrier’s revised winter schedules, which will include flights from Prague to London, Dubai, Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Málaga, Tel Aviv, Mallorca, Madeira (Funchal), Antalya, Hurghada, Marsa Alam and St Petersburg.

Commenting on the launch of flights to Heathrow, Joanna Taso, director of aviation said:

“We are delighted to welcome Smartwings to the UK’s only hub airport. As passengers look forward to travelling again, the airline will be offering competitive rates and four direct flights a week to one of Europe’s most spectacular cities, Prague.

“Smartwings joining the Heathrow family is a great demonstration of how the airport is continuing to boost connectivity and choice for passengers.”
