Donald Trump's return to the White House changed the world overnight. Predictability and reliability, the cornerstones of economic stability for companies and public institutions, are now endangered. Geopolitical uncertainty has become a tangible risk.

A billion-euro market in flux

The public sector is investing heavily in digital transformation. According to the Federal Ministry of the Interior, large-scale IT tenders worth over €30 billion were issued in Germany in 2023 alone. This trend is rising.
