The Awards took place at London's Sheraton Park Lane
Investment Week is delighted to announce the winners for this year's Investment Company of the Year Awards.
Civitas Social Housing, the first real estate investment trust dedicated to investing in social homes in England and Wales, walked away with the Best New Issue award, while Allianz Technology won Best Specialist vehicle and a number of Henderson trusts were among the winners.
Meanwhile, BMO Global Asset Management won Group of the Year, and Baillie Gifford's Sarah Whitley received the Outstanding Industry Contribution accolade.
The awards aim to recognise and reward excellence in closed-ended fund management.
This year's judging panel for the awards was made up of some of the UK's leading researchers and investors in investment trusts and closed-ended companies, as well as several senior board members with many years' experience in the industry.
