Director of Inland Marine Underwriting – National Insurance Property, Liberty Mutual

Liberty Mutual has an opening for a director position within its national insurance property team, specifically for construction/inland marine underwriting. The director will be responsible for underwriting contractor’s property, contractor’s equipment, project builders’ risk and master builders’ risk within the determined appetite, on top of leading the development of less experienced underwriters. Underwriting Consultant – National Insurance Property, Liberty Mutual

Liberty Mutual is also looking for an underwriting consultant for its national insurance property team. The consultant will help develop and maintain a complex book of business by analyzing the portfolio and identifying areas of opportunity. The consultant will also help evaluate or assess the business applying for insurance, as well as cultivating working relationships with agents and brokers. More details here.

Insurance Software Trainer, Applied Systems

Insurance technology company Applied Systems is searching for a trainer who can join its education services team. The trainer will provide guidance, recommendations, and training in the use of Applied’s products within an independent agency or brokerage. VP of Independent RIA and Insurance Professionals, Jackson National Life Insurance

Jackson National Life Insurance is hiring a leader who will be put in charge of the company’s distribution strategy into the independent RIA and insurance professional channels, through Jackson National Life Insurance’s office in Nashville, TN. The vice-president will work closely with the external sales team and internal resources team to develop a business plan to maximize sales. FEMA Insurance Specialist, CDM Smith

Engineering and construction company CDM Smith has multiple nationwide openings for insurance specialists knowledgeable in the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) insurance programs. The specialist will inspect damaged property and verify legal descriptions in public records to determine property value. The professional will then prepare appraisal reports and will coordinate with FEMA staff, as well as governments at federal, state, and local levels.
