THG scoops up South Carolina benefits firm

The Hilb Group (THG) has announced the acquisition of South Carolina-based Plan Benefit Services, Inc. (PBSI).

PBSI is an employee benefits consulting, management and brokerage firm. PBSI President Branford Armstrong and the company’s employees will join THG’s Southeast operations and continue to work from their existing location in West Columbia, S.C.
