These Are America's Top Large Insurance Employers

Forbes has unveiled its list of America’s best large employers – with a good number of insurance companies making the cut.
The global media company teamed up with market research company Statista to identify and rank the companies most beloved by their own employees. Two lists were produced: a list of top large companies (with more than 5,000 US employees) and a list of top midsize companies (with 1,000-5,000 employees).
Out of the 500 organizations that made the top large employers list, these were the insurers recognized:
Statista helped determine the list by surveying 50,000 Americans working for businesses with at least 1,000 employees. Each respondent was asked to rate how they would likely recommend their employer to others, on a scale of zero to 10. Respondents were also asked to nominate organizations in industries outside their own.
The leading employer on the large companies list was Trader Joe’s. The retailer has been recognized for its generous base wages and its unique corporate structure, which can see part-time workers working alongside long-time executives on a variety of tasks.
