SterlingRisk Aviation Swoops For New Senior Account Executive

SterlingRisk Aviation, a division of SterlingRisk Insurance, has announced the appointment of Travis J. Marshall (pictured) as vice president and senior account executive.
“Travis is well respected in the aviation industry as an insurance professional committed to client service and maintaining strong customer relationships,” said Michael O’Donnell, president of SterlingRisk Aviation. “He has served in aviation since 2008, both on the aircraft and airport operations side and as a commercial account manager in the aviation insurance sector since 2011. His considerable industry experience will help us identify growth opportunities and expand industry relationships. At a time when other companies are reducing staff and client resources, SterlingRisk Aviation remains steadfastly committed to hiring top professionals like Travis and providing a superior service product to our valued clients. Everyone here joins me in welcoming Travis and looks forward to his many contributions to our ongoing success.”
In his new role, Marshall will oversee accounts and account personnel, provide advisory expertise, and facilitate audits and inspections to mitigate client risk. He will also coordinate and communicate with underwriters and claims representatives, enhance the company’s operational efficiencies, and provide day-to-day servicing, marketing and endorsing of policies.
Prior to joining SterlingRisk Aviation, Marshall served as a commercial account manager at Hub International Northwest. He has also held positions at London Aviation Underwriters and NationAir Aviation Insurance, as well as serving in airport operations and security at Dayton Beach International Airport.
