Sedgwick has tapped Lloyd’s of London graduate training programme alumnus Zoë Kay as the claims management giant’s international head of marketing.
With more than 18 years of insurance industry experience in global marketing, Kay will be in charge of overseeing the company’s international marketing initiatives as well as developing and executing effective marketing and communications strategies.
The UK-based marketing expert – whose credentials include time spent at the likes of Chubb, Aon, AIG, and Sompo Canopius – will come up with programmes that align with Sedgwick’s business plans, growth priorities, and global brand guidelines.
“It is an exciting time for Sedgwick as the company continues expanding globally,” commented Kay.
“I very much look forward to embarking on this new role and to working with our executives and international marketing and communications team to build strategic and innovative marketing campaigns that will enhance and strengthen the Sedgwick brand.”
International chief client officer Eric Malterre, meanwhile, is confident that the major hire will excel in her new remit and enhance the firm’s international presence so it can meet its market goals.
“Zoë joins us at a key stage in Sedgwick’s international development to help us grow our global business with strategic marketing,” said Malterre.
