NJM Receives J.D. Power Auto Claims Certification For Third Straight Year

NJM receives J.D. Power Auto Claims Certification for third straight year

NJM Insurance Group has received J.D. Power’s Auto Claims Certification for the third consecutive year, the company has announced. The certification is awarded for providing an outstanding personal auto claims experience. NJM is the only insurance company in the nation to hold the designation, it said.

“We are once again heartened to receive this independent recognition of our continued commitment to policyholder service,” said Mitch Livingston, president and CEO of NJM. “This year, NJM employees have truly risen to the occasion, delivering the highest levels of service despite the challenges brought on by the pandemic.”

Eligibility for J.D. Power’s Claims Certification Program involves a rigorous independent audit of the claims process, including a survey of recent claimants and an evaluation of claims performance across all key areas of the process. NJM satisfied 88 out of 89 evaluation metrics, well above the minimum requirement of 80%.

“J.D. Power congratulates NJM on their auto claims program certification for the third consecutive year,” said Tom Super, head of P&C insurance at J.D. Power. “This designation reflects their ongoing commitment to provide an exceptional claims experience for their customers.”
