Liberty Specialty Markets Introduces New Chief Digital Transformation Officer

With the coronavirus pandemic placing more emphasis on a digital-approach to business, Liberty Specialty Markets has wasted no time in establishing a new role – that of chief digital transformation officer.
Mandy Macqueen (pictured) has taken the position, joining the firm with immediate effect and based in its London office. She will be responsible for implementing the delivery of its change agenda and aligning the structures of its technology, change and project delivery teams. She is set to report to LSM chief operating officer Kirk Maddern, as well as Global Risk Solutions CIO John Heveran.
“We welcome Mandy to Liberty and are excited about her new role,” said Maddern. “The role was created to support LSM’s objective to bring technology and the business closer together as a single force delivering value and capabilities to the company.”
Macqueen’s background includes working across a host of major IT and change roles. She has managed a large number of global business programs and worked closely with regulators and bank boards.
