Liberty Specialty Markets Debuts New Website To Support Brokers

Liberty Specialty Markets debuts new website to support brokers

Liberty Specialty Markets is looking to boost its broker proposition with a couple of key technology developments.

First on the list is a new website that aims to provide critical information to brokers quickly and intuitively. It includes a new look and navigation, as well as a partner centre that gives access to the second innovation – virtual rooms.

The idea behind the virtual rooms is that they offer video communications without the need to download additional software. They are currently available to brokers in the UK and certain European countries, but will eventually be rolled out to the global network.

The rooms allow brokers to quickly speak to LSM teams – including underwriting, business development, risk engineering and claims - and pick up they support they need. It is mobile-friendly and cuts down the need for lengthy email exchanges when trying to place business.

“Our key focus was on the user experience,” said head of marketing Paula Wilson. “We help them quickly access the information they need with smart search functionality. We enlisted the help of the broker community to ensure we are addressing their needs.”
