Hub International Snags Employment Benefits Brokerage RiteHealth
Hub International has acquired the assets of RiteHealth Solutions in Lafayette, Colorado.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
RiteHealth is a boutique employment benefits brokerage firm with over 20 years of experience in offering clients employee benefits and consulting services. The firm is owned and operated by Rachel Zeman.

Following the acquisition, Zeman will join Hub Colorado as a senior employee benefits consultant, a release said.

This is Hub’s third acquisition for the month of March. Previously, the insurance brokerage acquired commercial insurance/employee benefits agency Integrated Risk Solutions in Wisconsin, and independent insurance agency The Insurance Exchange in Maryland.
