Heffernan Insurance appoints vice president of San Fran office

Heffernan Insurance Brokers has announced the appointment of Jeffrey Dickow as vice president of its San Francisco office.

Dickow is an insurance industry veteran who brings over three decades of experience to his new role. He began his career as an underwriter for marine insurer MOAC. After underwriting for six years, Dickow joined Johnson & Higgins as a broker. Since then, he has owned specialty brokerage Jordan Harrison Insurance Brokers for the past 24 years, specializing in marine insurance.
