In 2004, she later joined the team that opened the GEICO regional office in Buffalo, NY, where she helped establish the claims department before going on to serve a number of management roles.
She was later appointed liability director at the Lakeland regional office in 2009. Then in 2014, she was elected vice president of claims for the Fredericksburg, VA regional office. She held that position until she was named vice president of claims operations.
A release said that Rinella has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Medaille College.
