Evertas Taps Intelligence Pro For New Role

Evertas, the world’s first cryptoasset insurance company, has appointed Robert Chamberlain as global head of intelligence and investigations. Chamberlain has spent his career directing major corporate intelligence, strategic threat, and crisis management issues for large events, transactions and operations across the world.
Earlier in his career, Chamberlain was instrumental in establishing the first market intelligence capability for PwC. He was also a member of the corporate intelligence practice at IBM. In his new role, Chamberlain will direct a group of interdisciplinary intelligence professionals that offer a spectrum of intelligence and investigations services to public- and private-sector clients with exposure to cryptoasset-related risk.
“We are delighted that Robert has joined our team,” said J Gdanski, founder and CEO of Evertas. “He is a strategy and innovation professional who is passionate about the creative application of technologies to clients’ most pressing intelligence problems. He has significant leadership and engagement experience in emerging and post conflict markets and has worked across industry sectors in both the public and private sectors by helping clients address the myriad of risks associated with entering and operating in new-frontier markets. His skillset is perfect for the new emerging cryptoasset risk and insurance markets.”
“I’m really excited to be joining such a talented and innovative team at Evertas, and at such a crucial point in the evolution of digital asset technologies and developing regulatory frameworks,” Chamberlain said.
