Beecher Carlson executive joins WBN board of directors

Beecher Carlson Insurance Services – an insurance broker that specializes in large accounts – has announced that its multinational practice leader, Olga Collins, has been appointed to join the Worldwide Broker Network’s (WBN) board of directors.

WBN is one of the largest networks of independent insurance brokers in the world; Beecher Carlson’s multinational practice has been working with members of the network to address their international customers’ needs and improve the efficiency of global programs.

As leader of Beecher Carlson’s multinational practice, Collins manages the efforts of all product groups to meet the needs of the company’s global customers. A release said that she has been “instrumental” in the development of the practice.

Prior to joining Beecher Carlson in 2014, Collins served as a risk manager at UPS for over 14 years, among other positions. In this role, she managed global and local insurance placements in more than 220 countries

“Beecher Carlson is proud to be associated with WBN – an organization that celebrates innovation and shares our values for superior customer service,” commented Beecher Carlson CEO Joe Siech.

Francie Starnes, WBN CEO, added that Collins’ “accomplishments in international insurance, strong client engagement, and her natural leadership style” make her a strong choice for the network’s board.

“It is an honor to join the WBN board of directors and to represent a network dedicated to global collaboration,” said Collins.
