AXA XL Names Team Lead In Multinational Casualty Group

AXA XL has announced that it has promoted Marc Bertha to team lead for the US Eastern Region multinational casualty group. In his new role, Bertha will lead the region’s underwriting team in its mission to partner with new and existing clients in the management of their international risks. Bertha will be based in New York.
“Having served as senior underwriter for the past couple of years and with his prior experience, Marc brings a wealth of international expertise to this role,” said Stefan Homberger, AXA XL head of multinational casualty insurance in the US. “It’s exciting to see him take on this new management opportunity to further support our team of talented underwriters in reaching their growth goals and creating lasting partnerships with clients and brokers in the Eastern Region.”
Bertha joined AXA XL in 2013 as a senior manager of global programs and network services. Prior to joining AXA XL, he worked at Zurich North America.
