AssuredPartners snaps up Georgia agencies

AssuredPartners has announced the acquisition of Cohen-Ballie Insurance and Donald H. Ballie Agency, located in Augusta, Georgia.  The team of 17 employees will remain under the leadership of President Hal Cohen, AssuredPartners said. The agencies report $2 million in annualized revenue.
