Alera Group snaps up PA agency

Alera Group has announced the acquisition of Pennsylvania-based Trilogy Group Benefits. The acquisition became effective on February 28. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Trilogy was founded in 2009 as a full-service corporate benefits firm. It now specializes in group healthcare, dental and vision, as well as ancillary benefits. Trilogy serves hundreds of clients in Pennsylvania.

“As part of Alera Group, we will be able to offer our clients more resources and tools than ever before,” said Michael Alfonso, president of Trilogy Group Benefits. “We look forward to collaborating with other Alera Group firms as we continue to serve our clients with excellence.”

Trilogy joins Alera Group through local firm AIA, Alera Group. Trilogy’s team will continue to serve in their current roles.
