Manta Network (MANTA) Collaborates With BONK For Meme-ta Season

The largest meme community, BONK, and the leading Modular Layer 2 platform, Manta Network, have announced a strategic partnership to kickstart the Meme-ta season on Manta Pacific. This collaboration aims to build and expand an interconnected meme community, offering participants the opportunity to earn MANTA rewards through various programs.

What Brings Us Together?

According to a recent announcement on the Manta Network Medium page, the Meme-ta season will be spearheaded by BONK. This cross-ecosystem collaboration marks a significant milestone in fostering a unified meme culture on the Manta Pacific platform.

Participants, referred to as BONKers and Mantalorians, can earn MANTA rewards through two primary programs: Dual Citizenship and Active Participant Rewards.

Dual Citizenship Rewards

The Dual Citizenship Rewards program targets active members of both the BONK and Manta communities. Eligible participants can earn rewards from a pool of up to 690,000 MANTA. To qualify, members need to:

1. Stake a minimum of 1 million BONK tokens via the BONK Rewards Program.
2. Hold any amount of ETH or MANTA in their Manta Pacific wallet.

Eligibility can be verified on the BONK Manta Network page. Reward calculations will use multipliers based on the staking duration: 1 for 1 month, 1.4 for 3 months, and 2 for 6 months. Eligible participants can start checking their status on July 10, 2024, at 10 PM SGT, with a 30-day window to claim their rewards.

Active Participant Rewards

In addition to Dual Citizenship Rewards, Manta Network will allocate extra MANTA rewards for BONKers who engage in various on-chain activities within the Manta Pacific ecosystem. The more participants engage, the higher their MANTA reward allocation will be. Activities include:

• Earning VIP status and trading on the native Manta meme DEX, Gull Network.
• Playing exclusive BONK x Manta games created by Elfin Games.
• Participating in exciting memecoin launches.
