The Global Blockchain Show is pleased to announce Dr. Sameer Al Ansari, CEO of RAK Digital Assets Oasis, as one of its esteemed speakers. Dr. Sameer will join over 3,000 Web3 Founders, more than 100 speakers, and over 100 investors for a two-day festival at the Grand Hyatt Exhibition Centre in Dubai on December 12 and 13, 2024.

A veteran fintech entrepreneur and financier Dr Al Ansar comes with rich knowledge in modern finance. He has over 35 years of finance expertise and heads RAK ICC, a fast-growing offshore corporate registry. Before joining RAK ICC as CEO in April 2018, Dr Al Ansari was the Vice Chairman and COO of The Industrial Group KSA.
Dr. Al Ansari’s leadership extends to multiple boards, including Marjan, TVM Healthcare Partners, and Al Ramz Capital. Previously, Dr Al Ansari served as the CEO of SHUAA Capital, a publicly listed full-service investment bank. He has also served on regional and international boards, including the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and Dubai Holding.
On regulatory grounds, Dr. Al Ansari’ is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and a member of the Institute’s advisory board for MENA. He previously served as Group CFO for The Executive Office of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Ruler of Dubai.
At the Global Blockchain Show, Dr. Sameer will share insights on crypto regulation, crypto adoption, Web3, and the shift in today’s digital and financial landscape.
