Middle East residential and commercial property development company Mira Developments has launched Mira Villas designed by Bentley Home: the world’s first villa community featuring Bentley Home-designed interiors. The launch, which was kicked off at the Bulgari Hotel, Dubai, in a glamorous event hosted by regional celebrity Enjy Kiwan and attended by more than 100 industry leaders, partners, and media representatives last month, marks a historic partnership that is poised to change the scope of high-end living and real estate in the region.

The project was conceived as Mira Developments sought out the perfect partner for the groundbreaking project, which they found through Luxury Living Group.“From the very beginning, it was all about the villa community where each home is a waterfront property. We really wanted to do something in Meydan. It’s one of the most promising Dubai areas from an investment standpoint right now. And then you have the skyline views and the private lagoon, all within some 15-16 minutes from Burj Khalifa! When the concept started coming together, we knew we needed a special partnership to furnish all the units by some top-tier brand fully,” said Muaed Alakaev, director of sales for Mira Developments.

The property is located in the heart of Dubai, with 27 villas of 600 sqm and 9 VIP Villas of 1200 sqm, as well as a five-star lounge, business hub, and state-of-the-art gym. Each unit seamlessly marries the design aesthetics of Bentley Home with the vision of Mira developments, in an effort to forge a new era of quality living through an innovative first-time venture that will be cause positive disruption within a prime, growing market.

“From the client’s perspective, properties associated with established brands offer unmatched quality, It’s quite logical to expect any renowned brand to pay meticulous attention to details, from the initial construction phase to furnishings and even household appliances. After all, their reputation hinges on maintaining high standards in everything they do,” Alakaev said. “True luxury always tells some kind of story that goes through the years. And what could be more fitting for our timeless villa architecture than Bentley, the iconic British automotive icon of style and sophistication? There’s a reason the project offers three distinct interior styles. The client can choose the aesthetic or, if I may put it like that, the era from the brand’s history that suits their tastes best. Regardless of choice, one can instantly recognise the familiar silhouettes and shapes of Bentley cars loved all over the world. And, of course, all the furniture will be produced in Italy. Yes, the logistics part is costly, but we are not cutting any corners. The buyer gets exactly what they are paying for,” he adds.
