Pan Pacific Hotels Group has announced plans to open two properties in Tokyo’s Shinjuku ward next year.

The Pan Pacific and Parkroyal hotels will be housed within the 48-storey Tokyu Kabukicho Tower, and will represent the group’s first branded properties in Japan.

Bellustar Tokyo, A Pan Pacific Hotel will occupy floors 39 to 47 of the tower, and will offer 97 rooms starting from 42sqm.

Facilities will include a 45th floor “sky dining” experience, with teppanyaki, sushi, bar and lounge concepts, as well as a 47th floor “sky spa” and private sky lounge for Penthouse suite guests.

Meanwhile Hotel Groove Shinjuku, A Parkroyal Hotel will be housed within floors 18 to 38 of the building, and will offer 538 rooms “furnished with an eclectic mix of unique art and music, inspired by the energetic entertainment scene of Shinjuku’s Kabukicho district”.

There will be a 17th floor social hub with restaurant and bar, as well as private events rooms and a events terrace with outdoor LED screen.
