The hotel will also welcome “several new, inventive food and beverage venues” next year, including an American grill concept on Broadway, a cocktail lounge on 33rd Street “harkening back to the era of great New York hotel bars featuring a small plates menu”, a coffee kiosk and an “innovative donut concept”.
Until these open guests “can enjoy a preview of the team’s culinary vision within the hotel at The Early Edition, an intimate setting featuring breakfast and an all-day, market-driven menu”.
Hilton’s Curio Collection launched in 2014, and recently passed the milestone of 100 properties worldwide.
Martinique New York on Broadway is one of two Curio properties in New York, the other being The Renwick in Midtown.
