Luxury group Campbell Gray Hotels has announced plans to join the Global Hotel Alliance’s collection of over 550 hotels worldwide.

The move will add five-star properties including Le Gray Beirut and Alex on Lake Zurich to the GHA collection.

Founded by hotelier Gordon Campbell Gray, the group also added The Merchant House in Bahrain, and The Machrie Hotel in Scotland to its portfolio last year.

GHA launched in 2004 and now counts over 30 hotel brands under its umbrella, including Alila, Anantara, Corinthia, The Doyle Collection, Kempinski, Marco Polo Hotels and Rydges Hotels and Resorts. Its Discovery loyalty programme has over 15 million members.
