Accor’s Adagio is opening a new aparthotel in Germany under its economy concept Adagio Access on October 14.

Adagio Access Hamburg Mühlendamm, located in the Hohenfelde quarter near the Aussenalster lake, was designed in cooperation with Hamburg studio Joi Design, who will also develop the forthcoming Aparthotel Adagio Stuttgart set to open in 2024.

The aparthotel is located a mile from the city centre, with the U1 and U3 underground lines taking guests directly to the city centre and main railway station. The city’s business quarter is also close by, and the airport is 9km from the property.

The 148 apartments include studios for two to four people, all of which feature a fully equipped kitchen, and facilities include a grocery shop, library, games room with table football, a gym, laundry room, co-working area and outdoor terrace.

A joint venture between Accor and the Pierre and Vacances Center Parcs Group, Adagio currently operates 125 properties on four continents, including this upcoming opening.

Adagio plans to expand its network to a total of 200 aparthotels by 2024.

Forthcoming properties include Aparthotel Adagio Glasgow Central next month, which will expand Adagio’s UK portfolio to a total of eight properties.
